They sent me an offer on vinted for two euros. Btw it's a hot water bottle so I can see myself using it as I have a lot of pain in my body due to illness. I just want to make sure and ask if I should!!!!

Hi,
this is my very first post, but I’m honestly pretty devastated and extremely disappointed with Ellis Porter’s strategy for my RFE response.

For reference:
I filed my initial EB-2 NIW petition in 2024, with 36 citations and no letters of recommendation.
My PE: developing artificial intelligence methods for medical imaging, specifically related to immunotherapy and tumors.

I received an RFE in 2026 challenging** **all three prongs, after waiting approximately two years.

Since filing, my profile has improved significantly. I now have 119 citations, 5 letters of recommendation (which I prepared myself, although they discouraged me from doing it! Saying it will distract the officer!!!), a postdoc offer, and 9 peer-reviewed papers.
I provided all of these documents and information to my attorneys for the RFE response.

Today, I received their response template, and I’m honestly shocked by the strategy they’re taking.

Their response basically argues that the officer’s statements are inaccurate and that they disagree with essentially all of the officer’s points. That part wasn’t necessarily a surprise, I already knew they tend to take a very argumentative approach.

What I did expect was to be able to provide my comments and have them revise the response accordingly.
Instead, when I asked about incorporating my arguments, they told me that this is their strategy. Their position is essentially that all of the relevant evidence was already included in the original petition and that the officer should simply look at it again.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with this approach. I have substantially stronger evidence now than I had in 2024. Yet the response seems to rely heavily on arguing that the officer was wrong rather than clearly presenting the new evidence and explaining how it addresses each issue raised in the RFE.

Has anyone experienced something similar with Ellis Porter, particularly with an RFE response? Would you push back and insist on revisions?

I made almost 6000rs from this account at the age of 14 and sold it for 3500 I still regret it. Even the owner of Lucknow super giants IPL team followed me on instagram and I also chatted with him.

I’m based in Tampa Bay but I’ll express ship them to Austin. Just trying to get rid of them. Ty!

I found this little band called "The Oh Yeahs!", they claim they are a pop punk group based in Sydney. And just now I was looking at the art for their song "breaking out" and thought it looked a bit off, especially the bottom of the cage. So just to double check to see if it's ai or not. I wouldn't be surprised if it is ai as the band is quite small and not much information can be found about them

Thanks!!!

Guys, what should I do? We've been friends for two years, and eventually, we confessed our feelings and found out they were mutual. He told me he would pursue me, but eventually decided to end things because he realized he shouldn't pursue me, saying that God told him it wasn't the right time. I gave it my all and prayed for him before, and now that I finally had him, I ended up losing both a friend and a potential relationship.

Another single is coming out today! 🤍

I'm only missing the Yu-Jo Duel (unranked) and Pro Duel (ranked) achievements for 100% completion on Steam, if anyone could help me out I would be super grateful! Will return the favour if needed of course :)

I live in Islamabad and would love a wallet like this does anyone know where i can find one or has anyone bought it from somewhere around here??

CHAPTER 1 Cause His 'her' Is Back My fifth wedding anniversary was the day I learned my husband had never stopped loving her. But I should have known much earlier. The first time I heard him whisper her name, I was standing in the kitchen with a glass of water, that was on the first month of our marriage. He was in our bedroom, packing for our honeymoon when I could hear the tremor in his voice.

Can someone try to add it in water and see if it dissolves in water or not??
Is it good to use it in pool?
