General Information Welcome to the Cat Distribution System

Welcome to the Cat Distribution System where we share the stories and legends of your CDS kitties extraordinary journeys to find their Happy ever afters!

We all enjoy a good story especially those with the happiest of endings. Here you can tell us all about the start of your kitties adventures, maybe ask for help on catching or re-homing a stray/feral cat or just sit back and relax reading about some of the funniest interventions by Ceiling cat sending his kitties out to find their forever humans and some of the best 'i'm not crying you're crying ' tales.

We are a large community of cat lovers and have members from all over the world that come together daily to celebrate the lives of kitties in all shapes and forms.

So you found a kitty?

The Big decision - do you want to take in this kitty and keep it? Owning and caring for a cat is a large responsibility as not only is a living breathing creature going to be dependent on you for general feeding, housing and companionship for the rest of it's life, but the average life span of a domestic cat is 13 - 20 years. You will be responsible for it's health and wellbeing and will need professional vet visits and regular checkups. Unless you decide to insure kitty veterinary trips and treatment can be both unexpected and expensive.

If you decide that you are unable to take Kitty in as a permanent pet please do not abandon it if it is in need of help, if the weather is bad or in all good conscience letting Kitty go without any help will be detrimental to it's health.

If you follow Steps One and Two and no owner is found please contact your local rescues/ shelters and ensure that they have a humane non kill policy before handing kitty in please!

General help and advice can be found here should you wish to save Kitty but aren't able to keep him:

Cat Cuddles re-homing advice

Seeking a new home for your cat by r/CatRescue

First Step:

First things first ..the safety of you and any other pets you may own is a priority, it's best if you can contain kitty in an area that is pet free if possible and keep it there at least until it has had a vet check up giving it a clean bill of health. If your new kitty is not up to date with it's vaccinations separating kitty from other household pets will prevent any possible illnesses, infections or anything else that may be spread to other pets such as fleas from spreading to all.

Second Step:

Your second priority is a must .. ask yourself in all honesty does this kitty look well groomed and well fed, is it very receptive to attention or already act like a house kitty. If it is wearing a collar then please think again . If any of these tick the list the chances are that this special visitor has got lost whilst exploring or could be just a neighbours' kitty out on a kitty adventure.

Please ask your neighbours does the cat belong to them or do they know who it belongs to, also put a notice up in your local shop, the vets or post office saying that a cat has been found. Putting Posters in the area with a photograph of kitty saying a cat has been found with it's description can also find an owner. You can of course use social media such as your local Facebook group to post that you have found a certain colour cat and if it's male or female and give the vicinity Kitty was found. Use a photograph of kitty that omits any unique distinguishing features that the real owner would be able to identify and wait to be messaged ( if at all) by a possible owner who can then be asked to supply some of their own photographs of their missing cat or give a description to you that is more accurate than the generic one you have given. This is for the safety of both you and the cat as there are some unscrupulous people in this World who could take advantage of the situation and take the kitty for their own dark reasons.

Found kitties are legally considered the property of their owner, you must attempt to locate and find kittys' legal owner before claiming they are now yours. If you have done all this then after a certain holding period deemed by your local authority you can claim kitty rightfully.

There are lost/found pet websites you can utilise such asĀ PawboostĀ orĀ PetcoloveĀ if in the US orĀ Pets ReunitedĀ if in the UK.

If Kitty is a frequent visitor and you are not sure if she belongs to anyone please consider using a paper collar to find out if she is going home at the end of her adventures and does in fact already have an owner. You can find out how to make a simple one hereĀ paper collar.

Third Step:

Next is to book a well-being check up at your local Vets. Kitty needs protection from all types of nasty parasites such as fleas, tick and worms. Whilst there the Vet will usually check to see if Kitty has a chip* (usually for free once you explain the cat is a stray or feral you wish to keep). *Most large pet stores can supply a chip scan service for free too. If kitty has an owner hopefully the chip is updated and has a current phone number and an address you or the vet can contact to let them know that their little adventurer has been found. Do not give up here as sometimes the original owners may have given up on finding kitty and moved on, in this case they can give over the ownership to you and a new chip or existing one can be updated with you now as the new owner.

Alternative options in Fostering:

Maybe you feel that you are unable to take on the responsibility of owning a cat, but would like to see it safe. If so please try to reach out to a local rescue or humane non-kill shelter and see if they are able to help you rescue the cat and take it in. This will mean that they will become responsible for all vaccinations and forthcoming vet fees, There is also an option to foster the Kitty where the Rescue if agreeable will pay for the vet fees, food etc and you get to raise kitty in a home environment and get her used to living in a house ready to be adopted when the time comes. Most shelters have long term associations with their own vet so cut down their costs that way.

TNR Programmes and Feral Cats:

Some community areas such as large Cities and known drop off spots for abandoned cats run a Trap-neuter-return for local strays and feral cats. Cats under this programme may have a tipped ear or an ear or abdomen tattoo. The tip in the ear can be a V shape or a clean snip of the ear tip so it can be detected from a distance that this kitty has been neutered and vaccinated. If kitty has either then they are part of your districts' neutering and replacing back to their outdoor homes' scheme. Usually they are already vaccinated but not always. It is best if you contact the shelter or association that covers your area to say that you wish to adopt the kitty that you have fallen in love with and who has settled into your home if it has got to that stage. However, please note that Feral cats take a longer time to adapt to inside living and can take months, even years to become a house kitty and some will totally refuse to give up their outdoor life and sadly you must respect that.

If you have fallen in love with an obvious Feral kitty that refuses to come into your home then you can always make it a little home of it's own in your garden or shed. Ā r/Feral_CatsĀ has fabulous advice on how to build a cost effective outdoor home for your furry friend. You can also find advice on making a shelter hereĀ Building a shelter

Next we will identify what kind of CDS Kitty you have as they all come in different colours , sizes and all with different needs.

Newborns and Mother:

If you have taken in a 'Trojan cat' as they are lovingly called then you are in for the experience of a lifetime. There is so much advice available for a soon to be Mom and her kittens that at best we recommend that you visit theĀ the Kitten Lady, Hannah ShawĀ for help and advice. Hannah is an amazing lover of cats and has helped thousands of people over the years with cat and kitten help and now has several excellent videos demonstrating all kinds of advice on helping with cat care including Pregnant Mom and kitten care -Ā Birthing Mom and kitten care.

Kitten:

If the kitty is not a newborn then after a quick vet check to confirm kitties age this little one will need you to become their parent, kittens are teeny tiny pooping, eating and meowing machines wrapped up in fur, purrs and love with the lifetime rewards of caring for them far outweighing the time taken in nurturing them. This is the toddler stage and they will be learning how to use the kitty litter tray, how to eat and how to play along with taking lots of naps. Kittens learn faster than human toddlers and usually take to their litter trays pretty quickly.

Here you can find an up to date list of supplies you may need to keep them fed, cosy and happyĀ essential supplies for kittyĀ again referring to the Kitten Lady.

Stray/Feral:

What is the difference between a stray cat and a feral cat? WellĀ https://www.alleycat.org/resources/feral-and-stray-cats-an-important-difference/Ā sums it up rather well on their website saying ''Pet or indoor cats are socialized to people and stray cats have been socialized to people at one point in their lives.

Feral cats are not socialized to people. Whilst they are socialized to their feline family members and bonded to each other, they do not have that same relationship with people.

Check out this link for further advice as lonely kittens need help socialising and can often pine socialisation saves lives

For advice on helping to catch a stray or feral kitty we recommend you visitĀ https://www.alleycat.org/community-cat-care/steps-for-a-successful-trapping-day/Ā where advice includes how to use only humane box traps before taking kitty to a qualified Veterinarian or humane Shelter facility. For extra interactive advice from experienced people please visitĀ r/Feral_CatsĀ where someone is usually available to pull on their own experience with trapping, neutering and caring for kitty.

Of course some kitties just walk straight into your house or give birth in your garden shed and this is where we come in, all sat here ready and waiting for you and your new Cat Distribution System story.

Senior Cat:

Taking in a senior cat needs a special kind of person as this veteran kitty may have been abandoned due to it's age and lack of medical care. Cats can live up to 20 years so the best thing for this kitty is to establish it's age with a vet and work out a feeding and health plan for him. He may not need much medical care and only wants a home to live out his years as comfortable, loved and protected as possible. Usually these kitties just want to be out of the cold and fed regularly. Looking after a senior kitty is both rewarding and gives you an instant invitation to Heaven.

Hurt Kitty / Behavioural issues:

We are not a subreddit that can offer proper medical advice should your cat need urgent help, we would recommend that you post on the following subs for help and adviceĀ r/AskVet,Ā or r/CATHELPĀ if it is out of normal veterinary hours. We urgently recommend that if the kitty is very distressed and in need of immediate attention then please take it to a vet!! Quick response in this situation can save kittys' life.

Adoption:

If you are still awaiting the arrival of your CDS kitty there are ways and means of getting your own. There are hundreds of local Rescues and shelters out there full to the brim of kitties of all shapes and sizes just waiting for their forever human to come and take them home.

Before you adopt consider the cost of owning a cat for the next 20 years and the responsibilities that come with it. A cat is for life and not a status symbol, a play toy for the kids or a low cost non sentient being that has little needs. Cats are natural companions and crave company so if you work away from home and for very long hours please consider how long kitty will be left alone with no company. If adopting from a shelter you will usually be asked these questions so please be honest with yourself and with them before committing.

Rainy Day Kitties Went to Rescue a Dog, Came Back with 3 Kitties

Someone I love was in a bad situation, so I offered them a place to stay. Unfortunately, we got a call that their abuser was taking it out on their dog. We left to go pick the doggo up from several states away. On the way down, a friend let me know that they had found three three week old kittens in a ditch after a downpour. The shelters were full and they weren't able to take care of them. We were able to take the dogs and kittens in. I feel really privileged with all the joy our full house has brought us.

Are you kitten me!! Today, I found this little guy a year and a day after the sudden loss of our beloved dog

The cat distribution system hit me with this adorable boy today. I was outside at work when I heard him calling. My coworker and I were able to find him underneath a pallet of firewood.

Yesterday was the first anniversary of our dog’s sudden passing from cancer. It feels like she sent us this little guy to us. My husband says the kitten absolutely cannot stay so my friend will adopt him at the end of the week. I’m so glad he’s going to have a loving family, but I’m heartbroken that it can’t be us.

I took him to the vet so he could get checked out since he had diarrhea. We had tests run that came back negative and have a plan in place to get his diarrhea to stop. The vet said he’s a 6-8 week old male and should be feeling better soon! So far he loves cuddling, playing with my hair and making biscuits.

I found this litter of kittens behind my work building last fall. A rescue helped us catch/socialize them and TNR mom. We were only supposed to foster them, but as you can see they never left. Much to our Dalmatians’ dismay, we are now Level 10 Cat People.

Our dogs are good big brothers, despite never having met a cat before we brought the babies home. Our house now has a cat tree in every room and my partner spent all summer building them a huge custom catio. It’s a house full of love, cuddles and endless pet hair to vacuum up. We adore them.

Adopted Human I saw my roommates cat running away from a little kid through the window last night so I let him back inside.

Please ignore my potato camera!

I was just chilling last night when I noticed a little kid chasing my roommate's cat outside. I was like what the heck how did my roommate's cat get outside, he gets a thousand yard stare just being at the window and neither of us opened the door in the last few hours and he spends most time underneath my roommate's bed anyway.

I ran over to the door and opened it, the cat just walked in past three dogs, hung with me and the dogs for about 40 minutes while I cooked. Then we're in the hallway and it was like the Spider-Man pointing meme.

Eta: roommates cat is on the left (Ronin), the new cat on the right (Flat Stanley). She got the name because she let me pet her so fricking rough that she looked flat on the ground, I was basically crushing her and she loved it.

Are you kitten me!! CDS gave me two littermates: Temur & Orbit šŸ’•

My street has a mix of strays and indoor/outdoor cats that have been consistent over the years. A Mama had a litter of five and she started bringing them to my house for breakfast a couple months ago when the heat here was insane (Dallas, TX). A friend of ours took three to be re-homed but Temur (mackerel tabby) already was bonded to me and Orbit (the void) was scared of people but loved Temur. As I got Temur acclimated to being indoors, I’d let her out to be with Orbit who literally never left my porch.

Since storms were coming and these two had literally never seen rain in their lives, decided it was time to see if Orbit would have the courage to come inside to avoid the weather and lo and behold.

Temur is so happy her brother is with her. He gets less scared and more curious every day. šŸ’•

Its been a whole year since I found Maybel at work. Shes grown so much!

I was out on the dock (I work in a warehouse) when I saw 5 little kittens playing in the grass by an old shed. The other 4 ran when I approached, she stayed, and I was able to grab her. At the time we had literally just got our other girl Juneau a week earlier, and weren't really planning on getting another cat. Well, you all know how that goes. She came home with me and never left. Thankfully a nearby shelter caught the other 4 and her mama, but she found her home with us.

Maybel has been a little ball of energy and love since the day we got her. We were hoping as she got older she would be less crazy, nope! Still just as batshit insane as the day we got her. Her parkour is definitely a daily highlight. But when she's finally tuckered out from destroying everything in our house, she loves to lie down with you and snuggle up on your lap. Shes our little Baybel.

Update An update: Moros is going good.

Original post

Update

She has received all her vaccines and boosters that are appropriate for her age. She has not received her rabies vaccine since the vet said she is too young for one.

She is receiving her rabies vaccine and will be sterilized at the end of October.

She has been doing well at home. The other cats have gotten used to her, and she tries to play with them a lot even though they aren't willing to play with her that often.

We bought her a lot of cat toys. I bought her a cardboard house for cats she likes. She also likes to sleep in the Amazon box the cardboard house came in.

I think she’s 7-10 weeks old, but we haven’t been to the vet yet. I’m trying to find one nearby that does payment plans since I’m woefully not prepared for this at the moment. I have had family cats growing up, but this is my first cat.

It took me 3 hours laying in the grass with a straw bed box nearby to catch her. I then set her up in my bathroom until I could get a playpen set up. I’m worried her pen is a bit cramped, but I’m currently in the process of trying to kitten proof part of my room for supervised playing.

The first night she hid in the corner. Second night she wouldn’t run away when I was in the room with her. Third night she was playing around the bathroom, and she would let me get my hand inches from her but she would hiss to let me know her boundaries. Fourth night was moving night, so she was a bit miffed at me that night, but she did let me stroke her back once before I moved her, and she didn’t hiss. Fifth night, thanks to the help of (hopefully my future) Step Daughter, I was able to hold and pet Cyndi for the first time.

Distribution system or catnapping?

Post image
134 Upvotes

Just moved to a pretty rural area. This precious black cat keeps making an appearance on our porch, usually about the same time (4-5pm). She really wants in the house - to the point we have to block her with our feet to go in.

She’s incredibly social - purrs, meows, even let us pick her up. But she has no collar and she’s always a bit dirty.

She’s missing a toe in her front paw, has a weird gait, and is very reactive to sudden movements (especially hands).

It’s about to get cold here so I want to make sure she’ll be okay for the winter.

I don’t want to steal someone’s barn cat, but I also think she may have ran away for other reasons. Distribution system at work or catnapping?

I love my little abandoned house kitten. She’s doing so well and has more than doubled in size since I found her abandoned the last week of July. I put current pics of her enjoying a sashimi sampler and her day one first pic. Today she enjoyed lean tuna, king fish, squid and snapper sashimi. She gets along well with my two dogs and during supervised play time with my one year old!

She did her first round of shots and is due for the next round this weekend. It’s been a real joy getting her integrated into my home. She’s so spoiled.

Found this puss while playing Pokemon Go. He followed us the 0.5 miles back home. I've never had a black cat.. God damn, do I trip about 6x more than ever now. It's been two days.. Already climbed in a heat vent. Surely a kitten this well adjusted wasn't born of a feral cat. Someone had to have dropped him off on the train tracks. I was hoping for one of those scenes where one after another appear.

Why do we need so many sentences? I found this puss on the tracks playing Pokemon Go. He commands our house now. The end.

Update Update on Zenzero the little man who knocked on my door

Well after a vet all clear, and future snips scheduled, Zenzero is home to stay. He has been very brave. And is doing his best to make friends with his sisters. The second pic is Zen sleeping with Baffi on my lap! There has been some hisses. His sister Meno wants nothing to do with him. That is not too odd as she is very much a solo unless you've got treats kinda gal. But no one has been eaten yet. So I am calling this a win. Zen is a really good cat...even though he throws his litter around like confetti!

She couldn't be more sweet. And she purrs SO LOUD that i can hear her across the room at night. Shes so good about meeting new people and loves attention. She made her first noise the other day and growled at an animal she saw outside. She loves to sleep in a box in the corner of our room. Ive added a cat bed to it and she lays in there all the time and sleeps there at night.

She goes back to the vet on the 9th for repeat bloodwork since she was a little anemic at first. They gave her an antibiotic and she is great about letting me give it to her. Her face and ears are slowly but surely getting less crusty also!

Guys!! Wee Charlie is in great hands and is doing really well! And guess what...it's a girl!

She had her first vet checkup today, and she's well on her way to a good life. I'm so proud of her, considering we expected her not to survive only two nights ago. Now look at her! She's even standing proud and tall.

She's been given antibiotics for an upper respiratory infection, received her flea treatment and deworming. The rescuers are already throwing the "A" word around, so it won't be too long until it's time for her to be home for good, wherever that may be.

Thanks to everyone for your well wishes, thoughts, prayers and vibes. I'll share again once she's had a little time to have her glow-up. ā¤ļø

Smol Delivery Foster Distribution Cerie Today

Thumbnail

Meet Cerie

Cerie was being taken care of by someone from about 2 weeks old until today. Her caretaker posted on Nextdoor about needing someone to take over caring for a kitten. After an overnight think about it, I messaged and offered to help. Turns out the caretaker has to regularly travel to Albuquerque for cancer treatment and that's why someone needed to take over.

Things have really come together for this baby. I picked her up, but had to go to the shelter to pick up a recently neutered community cat. So I told them about Cerie and they immediately enrolled both of us as a foster cat and caretaker. Gave me a bunch of supplies and checked her over and vaccinated her. They estimate she's about a month old, weighs about a pound and is very healthy. She's a sweetie, purrs and does the ear twitch when having a bottle. Her previous caretaker did an excellent job, so I am honored to get her the rest of the way.

I have to take her in for checkups every 2 weeks and when she's old enough she'll be up for adoption and will be adopted through the shelter.

There will be no foster failing because my house is far too full, but I can help her out and am happy to do that. I think she'll be beautiful and popular.

First time cat guardian, gifted by the CDS!

The shock has worn off, so I’d love to tell this story to a community that would appreciate it!!

On a sunny morning two weeks ago, I met a little tabby on our driveway. We have neighborhood cats and I figured a little guy was just hanging out. I called my partner out and we pet him for a little and then went on with our day.

Fast forward a few hours, I come home from work and he is on the driveway AGAIN. At this point, I go in and grab him a lil treat and show him our backyard and let him know he can hang out there. Granted, we have 2 dogs so I wasn’t sure if we would see him again.

We leave for an event at our local library and come home joking about how the cat would be in the driveway again. We didn’t see him upon our return and just continue to talk about him as we walk further into the house. All of a sudden we hear meowing and the driveway cat is IN OUR HOME, just casually walking around. He walked in through the dog door! I immediately called my friend who works with a cat rescue, very frantically, about what to do. One of our dogs is pretty reactive and barks at all the neighborhood kitties, so somehow a war did not break out in our absence.

All the usual next steps were taken: checked for microchip, posted on the FB lost & found pet page, talked with neighbors, contacted the shelter, and it was all crickets. So a week later we take him to the vet to establish some care and it’s becoming more obvious that this little guy will become a part of our family 😻 He was found to be in excellent health.

We’ve named him Lucky šŸ€ and we somehow got graced with the sweetest, friendliest, cuddliest cat. Thank you CDS for this new adventure in cat caretaking!

Cleo officially got spayed today! The surgery went smoothly, and she’s now back home safely in recovery.

Right now, she’s still pretty groggy and moving in slow motion from the anesthesia. No cone of shame needed which I like to believe she appreciates it deeply.

We’ve set her up in a cozy, low-stress part of the bedroom on the floor so she doesn't try any ambitious jumping. I'll be keeping a close eye on her eating, drinking, and incision site over the next few days. She barely ate the sauce from Latz/Felix soup.

Any recovery tips or stories to keep us entertained while she rests up would be greatly appreciated! Wish Cleo the little panda a speedy recovery! 🐾✨

So I'm unloading groceries and leave my door open while I go back for a 2nd load and return yo a cat making herself quite at home on my recliner. She looked a bit scruffy (and incredibly smug) and was covered with scabs so I took her to the vet. No chip and tested positive for FIV and the other one (leukemia). Fortunately I don't have another kitty to worry about. She has intimidated all 3 dogs, taken over my goose down pillow and refused to eat dry food. Her name is Gothic the VorpaÄŗ Cat

CDS brought a whole family to us.

Currently we have a colony of foster cats in our neighborhood most are TNR... most.

Early July mom mentioned she heard meowing coming from outside. Randomly look out our front door and a mama cat has decided that our front door is the best place to have kittens. Mind you, we live in Las Vegas, our front door faces the west (setting sun/hottest time of the day. Build them a little shelter, and we keep them cool and feed. Mom is apprehensive of humans, but we want to socialize the kittens. Let mom take care of the kittens for about 2 months, and then snag the kittens. We had also called our yearly TNR to try to get more caught and spayed/neutered... and we got their mom trapped, and she released, with a clipped ear this evening!

Anyways, kittens are inside with us. Originally only going to two, but... it may be all four. Meet Spots(most white on the face), Stripes(tiger kitten), Batman(has the batman mask), and The Colonel(makes biscuits when you pick him up).

I still get emotional thinking about the day we found Cleo.

She was abandoned, left to fend for herself while carrying the weight of the world on her shoulders—and a whole litter of kittens. You could see how exhausted and scared she was, but even through all that hardship, she was doing everything she could to protect her babies.

We immediately went to get food and supplies and came back the very next day for all of them—but the kittens were nowhere to be found. Only Cleo was left, waiting alone. It broke our hearts, but we knew we couldn't leave her behind.

Fast forward to today: Cleo has officially claimed us as her humans. She went from an abandoned, grieving mom fighting for survival to the undisputed queen of our hearts.

Since we’re currently living outside our home country, our current mission is getting all her paperwork sorted—vaccines, microchip, and her official passport—so she can travel back with us when it's time. We can’t wait to see what Kenzo will say when they finally meet!

The Cat Distribution System truly works in mysterious ways. Giving this sweet girl the safe haven she deserved will forever be one of our favorite memories.

We're experiencing a typhoon right now so I'm thinking of naming it Typhoon. They came into my home few hours before it happened. It's also why they're going to the vet tomorrow rather than today. Although as you can see in one of the pictures there are 2 claws they can't retract. It isn't painful (no reaction) and they don't mind me touching them anywhere, let me know if it's urgent though, I can ask a friend to drive me to an emergency vet. I think they might belong to someone (very friendly) so I'll be checking for a chip but I'm happy with sheltering them from the rain. Will update in the comments if I just made a new friend.

Edit: The aforementioned picture of the claws is in the comments

Update 1: smol photo of Charlie settling in in the comments

Update 2: The rescuer checked in, and he's doing okay! He has an upper resp, like sniffles and stuffy nose. He has eye drops already started and has an appointment at the vet today to see if he can get antibiotics. Other than that, he's doing great. 😊

I'm home from work today, and I see a little bunny rabbit at the back of my yard...or so I thought. I went to take a closer look out the window, and a little pointy tail pokes up, and I realize I was dealing with a tiny kitten.

I scan the yard and notice two other kitties (twice the size of the little one) playing near mom. But the little one is all by himself. 🄺I go to investigate, and mom takes off. The two others follow shortly after, but the wee guy just wanders towards me aimlessly. He couldn't see out of his eyes they were so goopy and swollen. Once he realized I was there, he came at me with the tiniest meow I ever heard. My heart broke into a million pieces as I had no idea how to help. I gave him a few pets and went back in to get my phone and start the long process of trying to find him help.

No vets could take him. The shelters, spca, and humane societies were all in the wrong jurisdiction for my location and couldn't help. I spent hours on the phone trying to get him to safety and finally was able to connect with a local cat rescuer. I estimated his age at 8-10 weeks based on the size of his siblings, and she says she'll take him. I gently cleaned his eyes and nose with a warm washcloth, and we loaded him into the car with a soft fluffy bed in the carrier. He passed out immediately on it, sleeping so hard on my lap. I wasn't sure he'd even make the drive because he looked so weak. We named him Charlie because he deserves to be loved and have a name no matter what happens.

We got him there and handed him over to the rescuer, and she realized that he's actually a kitten that still needs milk...😭. He immediately nestles into her sweater and you can hear him making the saddest little sneezes and suckling noises, and he even groomed himself a tiny bit while he held on to her shoulder...I feel like he still wants to be here and wants to fight. She calls her kitten lady and had her set up to arrive within the hour. I asked her for any updates on his condition. I'm not sure if I can adopt him myself eventually, as I already have two on special diets, but we are talking about it...

I know it's going to be touch-and-go for a while, but I'm hoping and praying for his recovery. To whatever end, he's warm and safe and loved from here on out. Please send all good vibes and love to Charlie and his recovery. ā¤ļø .
