Just let people merge, even if they're being dicks. Too many hot-heads with dashcams who don't want to practice defensive driving and would rather speed up or have a collision in order to prove that they're right.

I would agree except it doesn't look like they sped up to block them out. She could've merged right behind them. Also, If you listened to what she said, it appears they don't even understand the rules of how to merge.

Edit: speech to text butchered a word.

you win 🏆 some people forget they can brake and go right behind you. if i see a car isn’t going to let me in i’ll just brake and go right behind them and move on with my day. it is NEVVVERRR that personal 😭

Seriously, being one car forward or behind isn't going to change the quality of your drive overall.

This goes for both idiots in this video.

I don't understand how you're calling the person with the camera an idiot for legitimately driving in his correct lane, going the correct speed, following the rules of the road.

What an ignorant take.

Because OP has two eyeballs and it was incredibly obvious the car was about to make a dangerous move. Just because other people are stupid around you doesn't mean you don't have a responsibility to be aware of that and respond appropriately.

It's just the ones that pass in the break down lane for me. I'll box them out all day long. Double fuck those guys

Wait, you're telling me that I can use the left pedal to slow my car down a tiny bit and go *behind* another vehicle? When was that feature added to vehicles? /s
