Achievement How the insane rookie prospect turned out
galleryHas the most championships, most MVPs, most FMVPs, most Conference Finals MVPs, most DPOYs, most All-NBA teams, most All-Defensive Teams, most All-Stars, most All-Star MVPs, most scoring titles, and most steals titles of any player. He also had over 50K points (most in my league), almost 5K steals (also most in my league), 12k rebounds (good for 23rd most), 16K assists (most in my league), 1.3K blocks (41st most), and was only 11th in turnovers while playing the fourth-most games and the most minutes played in history and tied for the second-most seasons played. And as you can see on the GOAT chart, he completely shattered the GOAT debate, having 400 more GOAT points than the second-best player of all time. He peaked at a 95 overall
He also went 12-2 in the Finals, winning a FMVP in a loss after nearly coming back down 3-0 (after coming back down 3-0 in the conference semifinals), then leading the 39-43 Trail Blazers to a ring two seasons after, and then coming back down 3-1 in the Finals two seasons after that, which was all accomplished at 34+ years old
The last picture shows how insane his longevity was. I forced him to retire after the 2079 season because he was regressing so slowly that at that point, he was gonna play until he was 50
Will probably never see a player as good as him again in any of my saves
Also featuring the Bucks making the unluckiest trade of all time four years before he was even drafted

Achievement Is this the greatest Finals run ever?
galleryThe Trail Blazers, led by Desmond Huff (who I made a previous post about), won only 46 games in probably the worst year a conference could ever imagine (the Trail Blazers were the 3-seed at 46 wins, the 4 seed went .500, and the 8th seed only won 28 games), mainly because his team was not that good. He went on to beat the 63-win Spurs in 7 (was down 3-0), the 67-win Clippers in 7, and nearly beat the Knicks in 7 down 3-0, and won FMVP in the loss. The Knicks had all five starters at a 63 overall or better, with five bench players at a 51+ overall (one as a 60 overall), while the Trail Blazers only had two 68+ starters (Huff as a 91 and his co-star at a 68), the other three ranging from 54-59 overalls. He also only had one bench player at a 50 overall, with his second best bench player only being a 45 overall. The Knicks had five bench players that were rated higher than the Blazers' best bench player. Huff is also doing this shit at 34 years old lmao. So is this the greatest Finals run ever? Would it beat the 2016 Cavaliers run?

Question Question: achievements and difficulty
If I start a league on normal and switch to hard along the way I keep the achievements i get afterwards, right? So if I switch back to normal in that same league will I still earn achievements? Since normally when you switch back difficulty achievements are disabled.

Hope there is an 85 amongst them

Rosters GMs who use real rosters but 0% real player determinism, who are random players that always end up as superstars in your saves?
If I had a nickel for every time Jeremy Sochan became the undisputed GOAT in my save I'd have 3 nickels. Which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened thrice

Ideas Ratings
I think we should be able to put a cap on how high players ratings can become in league settings. It’s annoying when I auto sim 10yrs or so and then a random player becomes an 88ovr and wins 7 MVPs in a row.

Question Who should my franchise and 2 keepers be?
Standard 9 cat budget $200
All values will cost 50% more this year.
If I franchise a player it will stay the next 3 years at that price but you’re forced to keep him all three years at that price
Keepers increase by 50% every year and can be kept for 2 extra years.
Flagg $36 increase to $54
Dylan Harper $4 increase to $6
Kawhi $9 increase to $14
Kyrie $3 increase to $5
Okongwu $4 increases to $6
Also have Jalen Duren at $19
Randle at $7
So should I franchise anyone? It so who?
And who should be my 2 keepers ?

Story Simulated a league on Auto for around 60 seasons, here are a few interesting things I noticed:
gallerySan Francisco topped Bill Russell’s dynasty and won 12 rings in 13 years instead of 11 in 13.
Baltimore made 17 straight playoff appearances from 2035-2051 and then followed that by missing the playoffs in 20 consecutive seasons from 2052-2071.
Brian Taylor peaked at an absurd 47.6 ppg and had 8 consecutive seasons averaging 40+ ppg. Racked up 52,468 career points.
(Yeah I took pictures of another device so I apologize if they look a little wonky)
If anyone is curious about anything else I’d be happy to answer any questions!

Rosters Traded for him at 40 years old, and immediately enters his prime
r/BasketballGM • u/Salty_Resource_291 • 4d ago
Rosters Already the best player in the league as a rookie
He was a 67 overall with 86 potential, put in the work in the offseason and is now a 79 overall with 87 potential, as a rookie, insane
(I play on spectator mode and god mode, but don't edit players, only league settings, just so no one assumes I edited him)
