NC State student looking for a business owner/entrepreneur to interview

Hey everyone! I’m a student at NC State, and I have a class project where I need to interview a business owner or entrepreneur about their experience.

I’ve been having a really hard time finding someone who is willing to do an interview, so I figured I’d reach out here. If you own a business, run a small business, or are an entrepreneur in the Raleigh area and would be willing to help me out, I’d really appreciate it!

The interview would be fairly short and can be done by Zoom, or in person—whatever is easiest for you.

I think a few more details might help.

How long an interview?

How will the results be used, verbatim or anonymized?

Zoom or in person? If in person, where?

Have you walked into any locally owned shop and asked in person? What about food trucks? Obviously dont go during well est busy times.
