⏱️ Post-Match Thread 3-2-1 RBNY-STL
3 - Sekou Kone, somehow
2 - Cowell
1 - Parker
Hope some of you take your medicine and realize that this is where Choupo and Forsberg are. Honestly HM Michael for being able to see those two are washed before the rest of us. Crazy that every player in the dog house was bad tonight.
That said, St. Louis are unbeaten in 19. They are playing for a trophy three weeks from tonight. Given where the Western Conference is at, there's every chance in this form they play for another in December. Give some grace to those who played on this one.

🎟️ Tickets Awful Ticket Office Experiences
Just wanted to put this out there. I went to both the Mexico/Peru and Colombia/Paraguay matches this week. The ticket office seemed really clueless and I had issues with both games. Whole thing left a pretty sour taste in my mouth, and kinda has me on the fence about going back to the stadium.
For Mexico/Peru, we bought SI Club tickets right when the match went on presale. They were around $300 each. We then got a notification without warning that our tickets had been invalidated and we had been moved to the lower corner. I called and put up a bit of a stink and eventually after multiple calls got relocated to the uppers midfield. It was still a big downgrade. The ticket office claimed they went on sale in error and that if I wanted them they would cost “hundreds of dollars more”. Well, a few days before the game, they put them back on sale, the same exact seats they took from me, for $400 each. Scalpers gobbled them right up and put them on resale for $1000 per. Basically, the ticket office just jacked them by $100 and inconvenienced anyone that bought them during the presale.
For Colombia/Paraguay, I knew the match was nowhere near sold out, so I called to see if I could buy tickets at the ticket windows without fees the night of the match. I was told emphatically yes and that the Ticketmaster fees were ridiculous (the ticket office rep told my this by phone). I got to the match only to find they were not only charging the full Ticketmaster fee, but an additional $10 box office surcharge. The ticket manager told me “oh that’s just the promoter or you’re probably looking at resale” which I showed him blue box office for tickets on the Ticketmaster map, treating me like I was an idiot. I kept refreshing Ticketmaster and eventually got a ticket for $70 that someone dropped in price and realized once inside people were sitting really anywhere since the match was nowhere near sold out. The cheapest ticket from the ticket windows was $110 ($60 face + $40 convenience fee + $10 box office surcharge). No wonder the match was empty.
In all, a pretty lousy experience. Cool venue, but the ticket office seems to be staffed be morons.

Not Quite Highlights vs STL
I'm still not sure I should have sat through that a second time but here we are.
I do love me a big man battle. STL put 6'3" Baumgartl up against 6'3" Choupo and they found themselves fighting for the ball all game. I'd like to think Choupo got the better of him. I'm gonna miss watching this guy, he's one of the few truly fun players we've had to watch for this team in a long time.
Loved this little bit of confidence from Faello dribbling out of the back on his debut.
On the downside, this play was a solid summary of Ruvalcaba's effort and these two plays were a good summary of Forsberg's. Tough for any MLS team to get some mojo going when this is the sort of quality you're getting out of two Designated Players.

I feel defeated
I don't even know how else to describe it. Just across the board, everything sucks now.
At least that's how I feel as a fan. What are your opinions about this season and tonight's match.

The Arena
What a difference it makes when the arena is sold out vs a regular season game. Went to Mexico vs Peru last night. What a disaster. You can tell the arena was designed to have a small footprint because it cannot handle all the people when it is at capacity. Food and drink lines obstruct the walking corridors...3 sections suing a single entry and exit obstruct walking corridors...bathroom lines obstruct the walking corridors...zero security or ushers to help the flow of people. Terrible

A lost season
This new loss doesn’t surprise me. Michael Bradley was the worse choice as a coach and continues to show why. Putting in Sofo is like playing 10 v 12 because he’s a liability. Taking out the work horse Parker then conceding a goal a minute later just tells you everything. Red bulls are spiraling out of control
