If you’ve ever been on jury duty or seen any court case ‘I don’t recall’ is the standard response to any question you don’t want to answer because it can’t be disproved.

Lie detectors aren’t accurate or admissible in court. You could use evidence to find out if someone knows something but there’s no evidence to prove if someone can or can’t recall something in their mind, so it’s a perjury proof lie.
