I am pretty sure you can't go 360w on 9070 as adrenaline down allow more then 10% over baseline.

There are ways around the power limits with power play tables and/or physical modification. I was playing around with a 9070 just last night in steel nomad. Card was pulling around 400w at 3300+ MHz.

Agree, I saw 9070s do more than my low quality binned 9070 XT at 330W lol
