What other quotes hit differently after the end of jak 3?

Not after jak 3, more of after jak 2 in the opening cutscene with samos
"I hope you are prepared for whatever happens" "so this is how it happened" "find yourself Jak"

It burns me up so much to know that Onin was responsible for Jak getting arrested at the start of the 2nd game. And that Pecker knew that Jak was Mar, as in the child, and that he also knew that Damas was Jak's father and actually insulted them both for it.
Damas is a man that has spent years looking for his son and the "good guys" (Samos, Onin, Pecker, the precoursers, Ashlin to a point) all knew who Jak was and did not tell him; probably so that they could use his desire for approval against him and keep his loyalties.
Jak is not a person to these people. He is a tool, a necessary sacrifice. He is a "hero," and as a hero, they put him in harms way and isolate him again and again. The safety of the planet hinges on the fact that a little boy is kidnapped as a child from his home and tortured and experimented on and hated and vilified. I wouldn't be surprised if the precursors help Veager kidnap Jak to kick things off. Onin was certainly ready to throw him to the wolves in the name of "keeping the timeline".

Daxter: This must be a Precursor Oracle like the Sage always goes on about. I hope they weren't as ugly in person.
