I had a friend 20ish years ago that had a 1 million candle watt power handheld spotlight that could plug into the cigarette outlet. Was amazing for road ragers.
Was this a very crazy man from Texas? Because your friend might have been my dad. I don't think he has the spotlight anymore but he used to use it to blind the shit out of anybody driving behind him with their brights on in the middle of the night. He'd point it at an angle right into his side mirror so it'd bounce off and hit them straight in the eyes. Then he'd cackle when they'd hit the brakes and dim their lights. I can't believe he never got shot for that.
