Wow, I would love to live somewhere where the police would care about this and actually do something - it’s sad that I wonder if this was staged … the police here would just never care about this

Very possible, I just think his description of what he told the cop to get him to follow him and what his footage shows is probably not what the cop had in mind when someone comes over to him and says “this lady tried to run me off the road”.
