Kinda odd they chose to credit Snyder over Waid as the writer for Superman/Spider-Man since they credited Meltzer for Spider-Man/Superman, and Snyder only co-wrote one of the short stories with Tynion IV and Williamson.
Though if this list is accurate, it is kinda funny how much of this list Snyder wrote, at least in part.

Was just about to mention that I didn't think Snyder was the main writer of that comic

Wild seeing how well Absolute Green Arrow #1 sold.

Of the two absolute series released this year it was the only one to get extended.
Catwoman sold well too obviously, #10 on the list and all, but it's the only absolute mini that didn't get extended.

That's because the character is returning to Absolute Batman next year. That's the reason Snyder gave.

I didn’t realize AGA had been extended, that’s awesome. I have been loving that book each month.

The writer is also doing an Absolute Black Canary one-shot btw, in case you hadn’t heard that either.

IIRC it outsold the first printing of Absolute Batman #1 by a fairly good margin

Absolute Green Arrow is/was the only comic sold out in my local shop. Couldn't even sample read it.

I'm really enjoying Daredevil. I thought I might drop it due to a lack of action that plagues ongoings sometimes, but the writer continuously balances individual issues between Matt Murdock's personal life & Daredevil in action.
The current story arc is visually bonkers, and I love it so far more than the Omen storyline.
I'm still waiting on the Marvel universe vs Parallax storyline that was setup in Spiderman/Superman. ;-)

Im really enjoying it but hoping it goes somewhere new with the next arc. I was intrigued by Omen but then it ended very abruptly without really delivering. This arc is visually stunning but feels a bit slice of life. I have enjoyed it and its worth pulling for the art but I am hoping for more story

I genuinely do not understand that new Daredevil series hype. Don't get me wrong, it's good but out of all the books here it's really nothing special. Pretty standards superhero book, pretty standard take on Daredevil. Why so high?

Phillips is a solid writer. She has a large female reader following due to her acclaimed Harley Quinn run. She's also very active on socials and engages a lot with fans. It also helped that not a lot of people enjoyed Ahmed Saladin's Daredevil run.. so a new writer was welcomed with open arms. Marvel gave the #1 a blind bag, because Phillips truly is the whole package. Good writer with a large following, and a popular legacy character that fits her wheelhouse..

Phillips has a lot of hype coming from the blind bag launch, tik tok and the MCU series.

I wonder if others like me who love Philips writing jumped on Daredevil. I have never read a Daredevil comic in my life but she got me excited about it. I also would agree it doesn't seem like anything revolutionary. It's a fun read!

Oh it is, it's my favourite book of hers. I just didn't expect it to be this popular.

I've seen some people in the various comic subs shitting on the Daredevil run. I finally gave it a try last week and I think it is great. I kept wanting to go to the next issue, I don't see what people's problems are. I also didn't realize it had sold that well. I wonder how later issues are doing.
