Discussion Chrome Crashing last 2 days

Update:

It just Crashed again. And I again had to End Task via Task Manager.

Seems Random... But so far, from what I can remember, for the last three times at least. I was Shopping on the Zon and had Youtube playing in another Window.

OP:

Yesterday Chrome completely crashed twice one me. I had to End Task via Task Manager.
Only Chrome was affected, no errors etc., just a complete freeze.

Today it just up and shut itself down. This happened a couple minutes ago.

So I decided to Restart my PC, just in case. And then, after I Restored Chrome, I went to About Chrome to see what Version it was and there was an Update, which I installed.

So here's hoping that whatever has been the issue the last 2 days has now been fixed.

"Crash" means it exits, usually with a system error message. "Hang" means it stops responding.

Occasionally, an overloaded Windows system can become very slow and seem to hang. But if you notice it's still accessing its disk, or Task Manager says it's still using CPU, it might recover if you wait a few minutes for it to get unstuck.
