Encountered this vehicle parked blocking traffic, unattended, on a very busy beach Saturday. I was on a bike and had to deal with a car in my lane going around this vehicle. Almost hit me but it was going slow. So i turned around and parked to see what was going on. People were looking in the car and eventually this angry gal emerged from a hiding place in the back. Soon the driver came along, aggressive and angry that people couldn’t mind their own business. If I’m almost hit by a car it’s my biz. The man in the pic is not the driver

When I asked her about it, she refused to move and just said "the hose extends." Had to back in crooked and squeeze next to her just to get it to reach my back tire.

The driver was easily identifiable with his Porsche hat as well.

Maybe his arms are too big to get out a normal parking space

People were parking on the grass because there weren't enough spots in the lot.

Once she got out she looked back at the car and shook her head in frustration like it was the cars fault
