Most people know not to drive this recklessly even as young adults. We have special considerations legally for the immaturity of those that don’t.

Yeah I hate people. That's why I have low tolerance for reckless endangerment of people.

I have had people I know die due to the callous behavior of other drivers. It doesn't matter what age you are, if you put the lives of others at risk you should pay the price.
