Dudes not drunk. He has a drink in hand, which is a shield from responsibility of acting in a normal fashion. He's laser locked onto the girl, focused action and "missteps" in exactly ways needed for closing distance.

Exactly, he is miraculously able to dance in his own space once it's another grown man there and not a little girl. He's not drunk, he's an asshole or a predator, or both.
Yea this is why rapist rape kids, yall are giving way to much benefit of the doubt. Id rather look like an asshole and apologize if incorrect, than think this guy isnt someone to worry about.
