Am I missing something. These comment are making it seem that they guy was trying something on with the kid  But he just seems drunk and stumbling around like a fool? Creep and drunk are different things I feel like lol

yeah this seems like a severe overreaction, people ar fukn demanding for his face to be revealed so they can supposedly harass him for being drunk and clumsy lol

Even the original uploaders used the fukn drunk emoji for a reason

It is very common for people to react this way on Reddit.

It also seems looks like the guy doesn't know the dance, and appears to be looking at the person directly next to him, which happens to be the girl. If he knew the dance and happened to be drunk, he probably mostly still know the dance.

All the bots are just replying based on the title.

Drumming up engagement.

you aren't missing anything. others definitely are missing some screws, though.

well, he seems to stop having issues with personal space once a grown man was the one next to him. That's what makes us think he was using his drunkenness as an excuse to get away with creep behavior towards a young girl.

If you watch it closely, the guy continued to dance out of beat, move complete opposite direction and almost ran into the dad like 3 more times. Dude was drunk as a skunk.

The child is also below his very drunken line of sight. It's possible with him being three sheets to the wind, he just doesn't notice her.

When the dad comes into view, he can see him because he is obviously much more noticable and taller and he STILL almost bumps him three times. lol

Put down the pitchforks. Reddit is WILD sometimes. lol

you've got it, this entire thread is wild

Really ridiculous accusations. The mob NEEDS to be mad about something. The dude just overindulged and nothing malicious happens.

Shit like this thread is why I tell people to never take advice from reddit

16

u/0905-15 6d ago

Except that literally doesn’t happen. He almost trips the dad twice

15

u/Big_Tap_1561 6d ago

No he still bumped into the dad right before the video ended.

u/Consistent_Detail_61 6d ago

He seemed to continue to dance badly to me

To play devils avocado, while the current evidence looks bad there is also a chance that because the adult is taller he’s easier to track being as drunk as he looks

Regardless, dad made the right call so his daughter can fully enjoy herself

2

u/Consistent_Detail_61 6d ago

Yeah or he just stumbled that time

u/mindovermegan 6d ago

Still uncoordinated, yes. Circling the dad the same way he was the daughter? I'd say no.

It's a lot of speculation, I admit. but creeps always take advantage of onlookers giving the benefit of the doubt. Plausible deniability is a classic defense.

12

u/Consistent_Detail_61 6d ago

It's a massive amount of speculation

9

u/Big_Tap_1561 6d ago

MASSIVE.

u/Ambitious_Wolf2539 6d ago

are you just saying that because that's what the video is telling you to think? look at what is basically the last frame, the guy is on top of the dad as well too...

2

u/throwaway14351991 6d ago

It could also just be that when the dad moved his daughter, he realized what was going on and gave them more room. It happens all the time when someone's drunk and they don't realize they're taking too much space or being too loud.

u/doc_skinner 6d ago

The little girl is short and not in his normal field of view. Once the dad is there, the guy's still stumbling around like a fool but is no longer bumping into anyone

1

u/Ozzie-Isaac 6d ago

But that didn't happen? Are you a bot?

-3

u/Capital-Strawberry 6d ago

He seems that way, but as soon as the dad switched spots he stopped stumbling so much, even with the face covering you can see his head tilting down to stare down at the kid, and any time yhe dance moved so she'd have to step closer he'd move in and get into her way so she'd almost run into him. But when the dad was in her spot he stuck right into his own spot again like it wasn't a problem at all.

u/Puzzleheaded-Area557 6d ago

He seems to be stumbling around the entire time?

-5

u/Capital-Strawberry 6d ago

He is stumbling for sure, but when the dad moves his kid away, he stumbles over to another group of women. In general he's only going towards women.

u/0905-15 6d ago

He stopped dancing for a moment - apparently to order another drink (points to someone in audience then to himself like he’s ordering) - then starts flailing around again and almost trips dad twice

3

u/LeezusII 6d ago

He didn't. You and many other people in this thread are just very impressionable and fell prey to the suggestion implied by this posts title.

They put that in your head and made you view the video through that context and made your brain look for patterns that weren't necessarily there.

-1

u/Capital-Strawberry 6d ago

He did though, you didn't read my second comment, but if you think his behavior was fine then clearly you weren't paying attention.

5

u/LeezusII 6d ago

Nobody said his behavior is fine. He's a drunk idiot making his idiocy a problem for everyone else around him.

But the implication in the posts title and in your comment is that he's a pedophile predator feigning his drunkenness as an excuse to get closer to and sexually harass a little girl.

The video however does not bear that out. He seems just as drunk and just as stupid after the dad switched with his daughter. He gets just as close if not closer to the man.

1

u/anxious_spacecadetH 6d ago

Seems like he was trying to watch her to follow the line dance but much like how you should look where you wanna drive and not at the other car it just caused him to get too close to her. When the dad stepped in front he had a larger visual cue to follow and still almost bumped into the dad but it was better because he didnt have to look down to avoid bumping but straight ahead. I get how it seems but also has no one been stupid drunk before? You bump into things and look like a fool.

-2

u/regardkick 6d ago

But also, just being drunk and stumbling around with kids is bad enough. He doesn't have to try to assault them for it to be bad!

9

u/AsDevilsRun 6d ago

I'll call him a sloppy drunk asshole, but not a pedophile.

1

u/niceguy191 6d ago

You do realise one is far worse though, right?

-2

u/sm_axe 6d ago

I’d say you’re missing something 100%

-1

u/Rubin82 6d ago

I also don't see any pedo, just a bully. This drunkard still had enough sense to make room for her dad so the alcohol is just showing the real "man" underneath. I've been that little girl trying to explore these mixed-aged events, and I have had to be like that dad to get brutes to back off for the children and other women that are too polite to say something to a dick twice their size. It's so infuriating to see a grown ass man force a child, let alone a little girl, for his own space.

5

u/Ozzie-Isaac 6d ago

youre seeing something that isn't there my friend. He is still stumbling with the dad. But it could be the dad is easier to see so it isn't as much. He is drunk and being selffish but doesn't mean he is a bully.

3

u/Aschuff 6d ago

I mean he almost ran into the dad a couple times too. I don’t really see any sort of behavioral change once the dad and daughter swap places

-1

u/OldLadyReacts 6d ago

He was trying something on the kid, 100%. Because this video is how they start. If dad hadn't stepped in, he would have bumped the kid hard enough to knock her off her feet and used "catching" her as an excuse to put his hands on her inappropriately.
