Discussion This is a disaster waiting to happen.

The dog isn’t allowed to be around a toddler because he growls at her. I don’t get it. A family dog is supposed to get along with the whole family. Why are the parents concerned about why the dog “doesn’t like her”? What about the child’s safety?

The fact this idiot person who owns the dog posted a video like that and asked people for their thoughts is so stupid. They shouldn’t even be a parent.

Sadly people like this really need to have something bad happen before they take appropriate action.

In a lot of cases, even THEN, they don't learn.

The way these threads almost immediately veer around into rooting for tragedy, even rooting for the death of a child, because you're sooooo mad at someone's dumb behavior on the internet

I absolutely HOPE that the dog is rehomed or something by today, but the woman is asking for advice on training that thing.
Same thing as some of the comments I'm reading where people are blaming the toddler for "egging" on the dog so of course the dog is showing agression...

It's just what I've observed, some people will.not.see.reason if they've come this far without coming to the conclusion that their dog is going to rip their child's face off in the near future.
Like there were signs, and their child was scared of the dog etc. But still the parents simply refuse to see it, because they don't want do ackowledge uncomfortable feelings. So yeah this video is a ticking time bomb where the parent should be snatching her child away from that door and call a shelter, but we both know that's not going to happen right.
