Can anyone explain how a Kebab would be unhealthy? It’s a large portion of protein with some vegetables and possibly some sauce? Large carb pita?
It’s really just power food idk

I was under the impression it was layers and layers of dark meat chicken or lamb on a skewer but it really just depends on the establishment ig 1 u/AzaghaI 1h ago And then there's Balkan kokorec that is made purely from intestines.
