Saturdated fat in the meat is no bueno for your heart, high sodium causes water retention which makes you bloated and forces your kidneys to work overtime, the sauces you get with it are straight lard as well, and the carbs are just refined carbs.
Skip the fried eggplant and it’s a great balanced meal of lean protein, vegetables, fibre and healthy fats. Salt is a bit high but certainly within range for fast food while everything else is better.
I’ve watched local places prepare the rotisserie chicken and it basically tracks this recipe closely. When I’ve made it myself it tastes similar.
For sauces:
- Tahini is sesame paste: usually used sparingly
- Tzatziki is Greek yogurt, lemon, dill and garlic: objectively healthy source of protein
- Hummus is chickpeas, olive oil, tahini and lemon juice + spices: pretty darn healthy balance of fibre, protein and unsaturated fats

Can anyone explain how a Kebab would be unhealthy? It’s a large portion of protein with some vegetables and possibly some sauce?
Large carb pita?
It’s really just power food idk
