That’s because 99% of the time the kebab guy is working for himself/family/hired by community. Whereas miserable Starbucks student-employee hates to be there, the company treats their employees as “Human Resources” and all this corporate shit

People should really stop supporting Starbucks… kind of insane how many people throw money at a corporation that works as hard as Starbucks does to dehumanize its employees.

but I guess that’s a small price to pay for 8oz of sugar with a splash of coffee

I would literally take Nescafé over Starbucks and I am well aware of Nestlé's business practices. At least their coffee is cheap.
