Seeking help for rescuing the glass top, or a clear understanding that this is too late to repair.

Last night, I fried burgers, sister was operating air fryer for fries. She mistakenly sat the air fryer basket (plastic) on the burner I had used for the burgers. I noticed it 3-5 minutes later (see pics).

Any suggestions for removing the melted plastic from the glass stove top? or is it screwed?
