He's literally on tape sharing classified information after he was no longer president, and found with MORE than enough classified documents (including nuclear secrets) poorly stored in his shitter.

The judge presiding over the case didn't dismiss it because he was innocent. She accepted Trump's legal team's argument that Joe Biden didn't have authority to appoint special counsels. When Hunter Biden attempted that argument in the Supreme Court, it got shot down.

there's more than enough to justify life in Supermax.
