I swear Mamdani just doesn't understand that a politician actually helping their constituents is illegal in this country. At least I assume it is. I can't think of any other reason for things to be this bad.

The socialism destroying the country has never been an actual fear of the GOP, but it made for a great boogeyman to scare the rubes.

They’re scared these types of policies, unobstructed will actually work. That’s why Mamdani scares them.

Australian here, I had a broncoscopy about 3 weeks ago, 5 hours in hospital, anesthesia, procedure, recovery, cost $0.00. my annual contribution to the socialist system for health care is about $3800

American here. No healthcare whatsoever, I’m probably gonna die of something that should have caught and preventable because I can’t afford doctor’s or hospitals, let alone a colonoscopy.

I’m healthy. But when the inevitable happens, whether is sickness or breaking my leg. I’m pretty much fucked.
