Eh? Fixing permitting requirements isn’t really socialist or not, it’s just good governance. By my understanding, he didn’t remove the permit entirely, just loosened an outdated requirement.
Someone explained in another thread that is was something like the ice cream permit and the food permit were different. So if you sold both ice cream and other food, you actually needed two different permits. My understanding is that he redid the permits so someone in that situation only needs a single permit.
