Obviously a cop is going to bring someone in to the place for questioning. That is the case regardless of the gender. If a guy shoots a woman in self-defense the cops are going to bring him to the station. Cops do NOT have the ability to send someone to prison on their own. Cops also usually don’t have the ability to clear a case on their own. Usually you have to go to court to speak your case and have it dropped. Commonly in front of a grand jury

yes and cops will not care lol. the woman has to prove she has been raped, and a lot of times cops will not take that serious. her just saying “he raped me so i shot him” won’t do anything unless she has proof, and what if she doesn’t?

While I do agree that in general, police officers do not take accusations of sexual assault seriously, I also think you're showing how uneducated you are when you're out here clearly confusing the roles of Police and Court.

It's not the police you need to prove things to, it's the justice system/court. If the police actually does it's job of registering your allegations against the other person, that is. Which, we agree, is hard to achieve in itself.

Do you? Because your comments kind of tell otherwise.

where in any of my comments did i imply that cops are judges? lmfao i’m talking about detectives questioning a suspect. you’re talking about a judge trial and a jury. it’s okay if you misunderstood my comments but you don’t have to be condescending bro

You're the one who keeps saying "You have to prove it to the police" and when being told the police isn't whom you need to prove anything to, you backpedal and can't just own up to how god-smacking terrible your sentence-forming skills are. Just take the L and move on, "bro"

yes, you do have to prove it to the police when they question you in an interrogation. is it that hard to understand? you do know detectives exist right? and they interrogate people if they suspect them of a crime? just so rude and miserable from the start. heal your heart, BRO

Everything you describe just contradicts your own words and it's insane how stubborn you are. You clearly need to go back to school.
