UK Need a second phone deciding between the S21 Ultra and S10 Plus which is best?

Looking at getting the S21 Ultra or S10 Plus now I assumed the S21 Ultra would be the better phone being 2 years newer but on the used market they sell for the same price so I'm assuming there is a reason for this and the S10 Plus offers something extra despite being older. Which one should I go for? I'm in the UK.

That's what I assumed just the pricing is weird just wondering why the S10 Plus is in such demand that it's the same price as the S21 Ultra.

Their price is same is prob BC both of them has already reached the lowest price due to their age btw don't go for s22u if you ever think of it as alternative

Oh no wouldn't do that I've heard about it's awful battery due to the power hungry chip due to being manufactured by Samsung.

They're all Samsung fabbed but the Exynos 2200 was a buggy mess and the S22U was ergonomically one of the worst mainstream phones ever

S21U. It doesn't have any issues that the S10+ didn't, but it does run a lot smoother, the battery lasts longer and the camera is very fun

As an aside, if this is to be a secondary phone, do you really need an older flagship? You'll lose out on update duration, smoothness and stability (both S10 and S21U aren't great in this area), battery life and durability compared to say a Poco X8 Pro or Motorola Edge 70, for little benefit outside of cameras
