India Guys help me choose a flagship
Guys, I am currently on an iphone 13 but the battery life is bad and it’s getting laggy when doing cpu/gpu intensive tasks. Also heatsup like crazy.
I am from India btw
I don’t wanna get the 17pro/max right now but waiting for 18 pro/max seems too much.
Two options I am looking at are the Oppo find X9 Ultra and the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 512 gb. Both are priced almost same.
Camera is not the main concern for me, but would definitely love to pick the better one.
Performance is actually my greatest concern as I will use it for games and some other cpu heavy tasks. Battery is important too.
The third option is to wait for iphone 18pro/max but going by the leaks there isnt much update to the battery or design.
What do you think I should go with?

Consider the Oppo Find X9 Pro, as its battery and cameras outperform the S26 Ultra. While the X9 Ultra's cameras are slightly better, this comes at the expense of battery life and cost.

Cost is not an issue really as I am getting the X9 ultra for cheaper than S26 Ultra and can afford it.
Battery would still be much better than S26 Ultra right? Since it has much bigger battery

Honestly it's way better even on the X9 Ultra. The smaller camera island on the X9 Pro makes it a little better for sustained workloads though.

If possible wait till the freedom sale in August for a price drop? If price isn't an issue, I'd say go for it

I think the lowest will probably be 1.2L at that time, but I don't mind paying 15k more to get it 2 months before

Yep, sounds great, I too could've waited for my Vivo X2P to drop down in price, but I just pre-ordered lol

Go to Reliance digital or call them. They have extra 10% off.
Also request them for additional disc and if you are lucky they might use employee disc also2

Sure, Will try. Thank you.

No. I tried talking to them, but didn't work. I eventually bought it from other store for 1.4L .Have you bought the phone?

Yup, I have. I am blown away by the camera, the display and the battery.
Edit: performance is also too good

I literally played wuthering waves and other similar titles for 2-3 hrs, played YT for 2 hours and took so many pics and vids. Scrolled reddit. The battery is still at 52%.

Performance is good but not as good as S26 U or X9 Ultra. Also heard of heating issues. Although battery in OP 15 seems to be the best

Honor, Oneplus .. if you are gaming, maybe consider Honor V6 or V5 . It's foldable, very durable, very good battery. Excellent device

Well if you really dont care about money definetly get the Find X9 Ultra. Its better in nearly every way and totally destroys Samsung S26U in camera and battery(7000mAh vs 5000) (and reacts to water fingers)
If you care a little about money get Oppo Find X9 Pro which is nearly as good, slightly even bigger battery but 400€ less.
(and iPhone 18 Pro Max wont be better)
