The PROMETHEUS Ring is a speculative 1,200 km orbital habitat in the Saturnian system that rotates to generate a realistic 1 g of artificial gravity. This fully engineered megastructure simulates all climate zones to support diverse biomes, settlements, and industries, all stabilized and powered by nuclear propulsion modules and reactors

Used by the Solar Command (SOLCOM) if they ever need to wipe out an enemy fleet by saturating it with nuclear lances. None have survived these spicy pokey boom booms.

I commissioned this piece from the Italian artist Schiavo, it depicts the white-owl-headed Goddess Pavonis of Æres descending unto Spired Island to fulfill a prophecy of the Blue Titans reuniting with their Red Titan brothers after 1.2 million days apart.

Schiavo and I are contemplating which color pallet, tone and shading to give the final sketch. This is meant to invoke the Franco-Belgian ligne claire style of Mœbius. We would love to hear your input and possibilities.

It’s part of my upcoming Songs and Sagas of Marese Mythology collection—companion anthology to my soon to be released novella: THE KÆLAN SYNTHESIS. Link here.

Thanks everyone.
