In 2025 I started to study art more seriously because it was when I decided that I wanted to work with concept art. Now I decided to make a remake and a reimagination of my first OC and, besides I still have more to improve, I feel really happy seeing my evolution.

Been working on this environment concept lobby, pretty happy on how it came out.
Retro-futuristic military HQ environment I worked on for Gear Up Einstein.
The main focus is the pod system in the middle, powered by the barrels on the sides. The energy comes from the tank in the back and runs through the cables into the regulator and pods.
I also tried pushing the materials toward dark bronze/brown instead of the usual blue sci-fi metal.
Curious what you guys think :)

I received some important, constructive feedback on the building concept I'd drawn, so I decided to turn that same building into a full illustration set in a functional environment, one that shows both the proportions between the building and the people, and the setting it sits in.
I also wanted to add some more details
about the piece itself. The building is a great cathedral, or you could say the central church of a city. It's scaled so that nearly the entire population can fit inside. The interior is one large hall, with no separate rooms or spaces.

To the people here who sketch on a daily basis a lot and also do digital art.
It feels like sketching constantly with pencil improves my hand skill on paper but not on digital, a non screen tablet to be more precise.
I have tried it a lot of times. Whenever I suppose for weeks when I just don't wish to sit on the computer and draw. I pull out my sketchbook and just doodle on bed. It's comfortable but going back to digital it somehow feels like I'm more strained while doodling on photoshop than on paper.
Many veteran artists say to create a habit of sketchbook but I fear practicing on paper will not help me a lot doing it digitally. That's why I only try to draw digitally whenever I do but I'm struggling with consistency a lot.
So the people who are experienced here. Am I just paranoid or my fear is correct? Does anybody else feel like this? How do u tackle it. I need some guidance.

And that brings us to the end of the season! ❤️
Thank you so much to everyone who followed along, commented, upvoted, shared, and supported this series. It’s honestly been a little overwhelming seeing how much love you’ve all given these characters.
Wrapping up a story with so many characters was definitely difficult, but I’m really happy that we managed to end things on an almost-happy note. 🥹
To celebrate, I’m also putting out some prints in my shop! If you’d like to show the series a little extra love, do check them out. ❤️
I’ll be taking a two-week break now before coming back with Season 2!
Stay tuned, and thank you again for being here. 🫶

Made this as a design exercise focusing on silhouette and a limited palette. I'm still learning, so honest critique on the proportions, the top spire, and the color balance would help a lot. Thanks!
