hot take, harshly criticise me for it! If dating roles were reversed, women would fail terribly

Now, I know I’ll get downvoted, called an incel, misogynist, gay (which is funny, considering how people still use it as an insult while at the same time insisting they’re not homophobic at all), etc. And I’m telling you upfront: I won’t even react to it. If you have a different perspective and are capable of discussing it without resorting to low blows, then you’re welcome to share it.

I don’t really believe women owe me anything, I don’t want to take anyone’s rights away, and I’m not defending violence or anything like that. When it comes to dating, I don’t think it’s all about looks (even though they obviously play a big role), but honestly, when most women—especially online—talk about how you have to be an interesting, funny, intelligent person, I find it incredibly hypocritical. I think that most of them, if the roles were reversed and they had to be witty, funny, charismatic, and interesting personalities themselves, would struggle terribly. And, quite ironically, their reactions would probably be very similar to those of incels—especially the ones they are most critical.

Or has any woman who complains about how men only want sex from her ever thought about whether, perhaps, having a more interesting personality might make men more interested in something beyond her body? I honestly doubt it.

Women complaining about how the “patriarchy” and their bad experiences with men have forced them to behave badly is also quite... something.

That doesn’t, of course, mean there aren’t great or interesting women. But in general, I think many women simply aren’t as interesting as they believe they are to actually pull someone just with their personalities (despite always talking about it), and I’m sure they wouldn’t show any more introspection or self-reflection than many incels do. I even consider it funny how similar many complaints of incels and women sounds like.
