“Bear Down” with me after that win, my fellow Bears buds
If there’s interest I may make this a tradition after each win. Each time I play it I’ll do something different improvisationally (as you can hear in the second chorus in this vid). Its a little sloppy overall but idk, had fun.

Give this man his flowers
We all thought the D would be absolute ass and they’ve proven us wrong.
We have no real standout superstar and yet we are killing it.
Proud of those boys

[Trevor Sikkema] Brett Kollmann just pointed this out to me: The Bears had more first downs today (34) than the Jets had total offensive plays (32)

Tip of the Cap
All the attn on Ben and the offense but this man’s defense has only given up 22 points in the last 3 games.

[Braggs] Make no mistake, decent first outing for Tyson Bagent running Ben Johnson's offense but he will need to play MUCH better to win in Green Bay. Even with the Packers struggling. Anticipation and timing, which are his strengths, felt off most of the game even with some good stats.

[Wiederer]: Bears’ punishing final drive symbolizes the grit of Ben Johnson’s team: ‘Grind that meat’
Ben Johnson’s goal was to put the game away, to not give a feisty Jets team even a glimmer of hope. And while the Bears didn’t meet that particular demand on their final possession, they succeeded on one of Johnson’s every-week orders. They finished the game with the football.
“Just a little nine-minute drill,” left tackle Theo Benedet cracked after the game. “Just put your head down and salt it away.”
The Bears’ final sleeper hold to finish another impressive win: 18 plays and 60 yards. Six first downs and five third-down conversions.
Perhaps most impressive, they used all 556 ticks remaining on the clock. Nearly 25 minutes in real time.

Good day for Rome
Solid performance today. 6 receptions for 94 yards on 7 targets and the one that was not a reception was an interception that wasn’t due to him. 4 catches were 1st down conversions and two of those on crucial 3rd downs. Well done Rome.
