Projected 2027 arbitration salaries for the A's: 4 cases, $14.8M total
I built my own arbitration model and ran it on the A's 2027 class, ahead of the non-tender deadline in late November.
| Player | Pos | Class | Projected | Likely range |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Shea Langeliers | C | Arb 2 | $8.3M | $7.8M to $9.3M |
| Zack Gelof | 2B | Arb 1 | $2.7M | $2.5M to $3.2M |
| Hogan Harris | RP | Arb 1 (Super Two) | $2.3M | $2.1M to $2.5M |
| Luis Medina | RP | Arb 2 (Super Two) | $1.5M | $1.4M to $1.6M |
Total: 4 cases, $14.8M projected.
These line up closely with MLBTR's numbers for all four. The real question is Langeliers: at $8.3M and rising, is this the winter to extend him?
These use the current CBA's rules. A new deal this winter (a higher minimum, say) would move them.
Who would you non-tender, and who would you try to extend first?
