Men, what’s one small, seemingly insignificant thing you’ve noticed that can be a telltale sign of the difference between a genuinely good man and a bad one?

Paraphrasing a Greek proverb: A society grows great when old men plant trees in whose shade they know they shall never sit.

Unfortunately, we have a lot of old men running things right now that are only creating shade for themselves.

Here's a point to ponder: Everyone is worried about the lack of skills transfer due to COVID. But if you retire people with skills early enough/at a decent and fair age, then you'll discover and skills gap prior to the person dying with exclusive knowledge?

So if we retired politicans a bit younger we'd be sure we have a good stock of young replacements who are doing the work out of interest vs. demand/best we can find?

Crazy logic.
