Men, what’s one small, seemingly insignificant thing you’ve noticed that can be a telltale sign of the difference between a genuinely good man and a bad one?

These kinds of questions raised this way are silly. There's no rule book for what makes a Good Man versus a good woman. This isn't a sex question but rather a human being question.

Generally speaking the framework works for anyone.

How do they treat others around them?

What's their motivations or what drives them?

Do they show others basic dignity and respect?

Do they have a general self-awareness beyond selfish ego?

Are there actions consistent with their words?

Even with this all of these things doesn't necessarily make them bad people. Maybe they're just jerks or selfish and you don't want to be around that.

The most consistent one is probably how far they are willing to put themselves ahead of others. That will separate the wheat from the chaff.
