It looks like a tapir to me, but that’s not a Canadian animal as far as I know

This is a small sculpture in the shape of a howling wolf, made from a gemstone known as Tiger's Eye. This type of small figurine is used as decor pieces, or in the collections of gemstone hobbyists, and some acquire them for beliefs related to energy and protection.

It's ai copy paste 🙄

This comment appears to be satirical jest on a common social media platform like Reddit or X. The user accuses the comment of being AI output copied and pasted instead of it being an authentic response.
Would you like me to make the comment sound more human?

Everyone says everything is AI now and it's so annoying

You can scroll past. Overly verbose nonsense explaining basic shit is always ai copy paste. People don't generally explain things that way.

So... just a heads up.... most of what you see on the internet is bots and AI.

It's not a satirical jest. You should know what words mean before you use them.

You literally have no way to know this. Knock it off.
EDIT: Not sure why I'm being downvoted for defending Gold against a baseless AI accusation.

Help me, I am not a native speaker, but would "a stone shaped animal" not mean an animal, that is shaped like a stone?
Anyway, I'd say wolf / wolf pup too, albeit it looks a little bit.. tapir like?

If the seller told them it's a wolf, why would you have reason to think it's anything else?

If you have the artist’s name you can look it up. Hyper realistic carvings are not typical of indigenous peoples’ in Canada and this indeed is probably a wolf. Either way, it is beautiful and will show well.

Looks like a wolf to me. Obviously his head is tilted because he's howling.
