I think I was groomed and pressured into sex by my instructor

I'm 17F and I've been having lessons with an equestrian coach for a few years now.

In the last few months it was sexual comments that made me uncomfortable. Over time the behaviour became more physical and eventually it has progressed to sex.

I didn't want the sex. I felt pressured into it and I'm struggling to understand what happened because the situation developed gradually over quite a long period of time.

I'm also confused because he was someone I trusted in a position where physical contact can sometimes be normal which made it harder for me to know when things had crossed a line.
