Inconsistency Different notification background
Does anyone know why the notification backgrounds are different? Is this a bug? Personally I like the top one more
edit: yeah, one ui 8.5 is buggy as hell. hope they fix a lot on one ui 9. I heard its supposed to be a polishing update rather than a billion new buggy features update

What is the menu that you opened at the end?

That's quick tools, part of one hand operation+ module in good lock. I've set it so straight left/right gesture will open up the quick tools where you can have access to a bunch of controls. You can also change which controls to show in the quick tools from a list. Very handy tool.

I have seen cases on Reddit where Samsung seems to limit such options for their lower end devices which is a real shame. Honestly at this point, I believe they need to redesign one UI so that they can optimise it for all devices and not just give tonnes of customisation features for the sake of it. Optimisation and stability of the core OS takes higher priority so that everyone benefits. This is one of the reasons I really liked OnePlus.

I saw that issue so many times in another people, it is a bug-like issue in one ui 8.5 as control center lag i guess. One ui 8.5 is a disaster for real.

Issue since at least one ui 6, I have my notifications set to blue, but ones containing media are white (default)

Because Samsung focuses on features and “features” (average user will try once, twice or never) but without solving the basics (blur, transparency, widgets having the same shape…).

One UI 8.5 acts like my phone has 2GB of RAM, but it's actually 8GB.
I can't binge on Instagram for some minutes without having any other apps refresh their screen when I left them in the background for some minutes and go back to them.
The only thing that kinda solves that is to enable RAM Plus 8GB.

I saw once someone talk about this same issue and someone in the comments said it's the app's developer's fault, not samsung's. Can't really say more as they were talking about some technical stuff that explained why this happens to only certain apps. Pinterest is like this too.

Why? Bcoz samsung doesn't know how to fix this issue
This issue has been reported since like oneui 7 and yet samsung has repeatedly failed to fix most simple issues
That's just normal for Bugsung
