I just got auto-scheduled for an eye exam, they make it seem like I had an appointment but I never agreed to anything! They just picked a date a year later and 'booked' it. Same deal, get a notification one option is to cancel. Doesn't accept the cancel. I then get email reminders, no one is answering the phone.

Technology makes our life simpler my butt!!!
