oleds kinda do, samsung actually has a feature (im sure other brands as well) where the items in the top menu bar always move around a couple pixels in the x and y to prevent burn in
Yes, most OLED monitors have a pixel-shift feature and other similar tools to fight the burn in.
Some also run an automatic pixel cleaning program (others require you to activate it manually but I’m pretty sure every OLED monitor has that feature built in nowadays) when the monitor is turned off or falls asleep and higher end OLED monitors even have some sort of detection where they’ll detect static UI elements (taskbar, minimap on some video games,…) and they will shift the colors slightly or have the pixel shift stronger in those areas.
