If the Nomad had guns like the Mako it would've been the best ground vehicle of the franchise to date hands down.

The hammerhead wouldn't be that bad if it was only designed to be a get you from point A to point B type of vehicle. The moment you have to play a combat with that piece of shit though you realize how awful it is. No indicator for shield or health, you just wait for sirens to stop blaring to start getting lasered by geth again. And if you misjudge and get blown to bits? Restart the entire mission. When you are actually out fighting with it the gameplay is literally just you jumping or strafing behind cover while holding the rocket button. There's nothing to it, the Mako combat was nothing special, but at least you would have to dodge thresher spit or rockets whilst returning fire. The bs the geth spiders shoot at you just home straight onto you unless you are strafing behind cover like I said. The only real challenge is your attention span, forcing yourself not to rush through the absolute bore of a mission your on and have to do it all over again.
Rant over. Fuck the hammerhead, Mako gang for life.

It is finally done. My first Insanity playthrough, 7th overall, is complete and throughly enjoyed every step of the way. If you have any questions, I will be answering them all.

I have clear memories of a short dialogue about the spikes that ends with Shepard going āNobody touch anythingā or something along those lines, but this is the second playthrough in a row where there's nothing. I feel really confused, am I going as crazy as the Cerberus science team or what?

Note: Reddit moderator's removed the previous post because i didnt gave credit to the person who actually made the art. Which i had attached with my post.
I just finished the trilogy, and I honestly don't know what to do with myself right now.
Iām sitting here looking at the main menu screen, completely hollow. The post-game depression is real. I miss Normandy. I miss the constant high-stakes excitement, walking the decks between missions, and listening to the crew banter.
More than anything, I miss Liara. Going through three games alongside her, watching our bond grow from the Digging Site on Therum all the way to the end on Earth.turning off the game feels like losing real friends. Standing in the CIC without hearing "Shepard" or stepping into the Med Bay feels eerie.
I chose the Destroy ending it wasn't completely satisfying, of course, but it felt like the only real choice. I honestly hate that Shepard almost dies in every ending. I personally just wanted an ending where Shepard truly survived, actually reunited with the crew, and got to live a happy life with Liara T'Soni. Still, I would say the ending wasn't as bad as most people make it out to be.
How does a game manage to make a fictional spaceship and its crew feel like home? Nothing else I play right now is going to match that emotional weight or high-velocity tension.
For those who have been through this how long did it take you to recover, and how long before you broke down and started another playthrough?
That feeling of just wanting Shepard and Liara to build a quiet life together after saving the entire galaxy is something almost every Liara romancer feels at the end.

In my first playthrough, i played as paragon shepherd and it was pretty easy to get paragon points. Certain side quests are about helping someone and gets u paragon point by default on completion. In second playthrough am trying to play ruthless renegade ( not evil but someone who hates authority and council) but am collecting more paragon points somehow more fastly than renegade points. Strangely using the red dialogue option also sometimes gives u paragon points. So u cant play as remegade unless u play as heartless greedy soldier who hates his crew ?

My wife and I traveled from Seattle to Syracuse, NY to go to RetroGameCon this week. Jennifer, Mark, Ali Hillis, and Peter Jessop were all in attendance, but what made me decide to go cross country for this one wasn't simply their appearances, but Jennifer Hale was leading a 90 minute intro to voice acting workshop(!). I've had some thoughts of pursuing going into voice acting so we bought our tickets and headed out. The workshop and her voice acting knowledge was (naturally) fantastic. But I don't want to tell you about that. Instead I just want to tell you all about how she spoke about nerves being a result of caring, about how she talked about self judgment sabotaging creativity and joy. About how judgment is the "drunk person at the party", totally useless and when it shows up.... Don't fight with them, just tell them to go stand in the corner for a while.
It's not necessarily ground breaking revolutionary advice, but sometimes it's not just the message, but the messenger and goddamn, she's a hell of a messenger.

This is one of those fun lil' disputes you can help solve on the Presidium, and what I like about it is that there's not really a wrong way to go about it. So what's your preferred way of going about it?

I've been trying to find a good ttrpg which would work for mass effect. But so far I've not really found the perfect one.
Of all the systems I've looked at I almost thought a hack of Exodus could work as it has the mix of combat tech and magic powers plus shields and health baked into the core rules.
But they're might be a better system out they're

Mass Effect 1 was by no means perfect, it's problems I feel were mostly a lack of time spent filling the world with deep side content.
Mass effect 2 was a vertical slice of game that could have been one of the all time greats but I feel trend chasing stole resources for finishing what could have been.
Mass Effect 3 is a fine game that didn't need MTX Multiplayer slop and would have been better if it was set up for in the previous 2 plots instead of the heroic effort the staff put in to save a reheated evil AI plot from being the disappointment it was always going to be
