You're asking for an impossible thing.
Recording your screen will necessarily take part of your performance away, especially if you're using your CPU and iGPU at 100% or close to it when gaming. The only probable way would be to lower the settings at minimum (this is assuming it isn't like that already) hoping for reserving some of that performance for recording.
Without losing performance, you have 2 real options: the cheap option is to point your phone to the PC and record that way. The not cheap one is to buy an external capture card, which need another PC to store the video.
The people who stream or make gameplay videos need more powerful CPUs and dedicated GPUs.

Fraps ;) (JK this generates uncompressed avis so they'll be massive in file size)

OBS + QSV, low bit rate, and record to secondary hard drive. I don't remember all the small optimizations but there are many guides available online that can help you tune OBS.

That's no really possible. You want a dedicated GPU that has a video encoder that off loads the extra processing off the CPU and straight to the GPU.
Unfortunately, with your system you'll have to rely on your CPU, which isn't powerful enough to record gameplay while playing a game at the same time.
