stuck in learning

i am actually learning python and someother stuffs like linux, postgres, its been 2 months i only learn and i dont really know that what the markets even need and what help full can i really do so as a student i can land parttime job. i am in a learning and then am pushing my few projects to the git. some tell that learning to code and these will not benefit you in future and am confused now. i want to seriously grow but am stuck where i dont get what can get me out of this loop. and i dont know how to manage the learning , its self learning and cus of exam and other compitative exam like kcet drags me from being consistent to self learning.

The whole point of courses and tutorials, etc. is to force consistency and baseline fundamentals to give you a platform and knowledge to code with some basic level of proficiency.

But one of the whole points of even learning coding languages together with postgres, linux, etc. is to give yourself a repetoire of tools and skills to solve problems and automate things. Once you have those, the only way to get further mastery with them is actual practice.

Look at job postings to see what skills the industry actually cares about. Projects, etc. will benefit you if they are practical and have an actual userbase or genuinely useful utility behind them. Coding proficiency is also important and useful, but increasingly so is integrating LLMs into your development pipeline (that doesn't mean vibecoding).

Don’t think about how market is gonna be or what market needs, having good grip on programming really important since it acts as a strong foundation for us in the industry. Foundation is important no matter whether AI comes into the picture or not.

So keep practicing, also I made a side project for learning and practicing python, it’s an online compiler with tutorials and practice exercises. Check out www.pythonmastery.io, you may like it and if it helps you, please share it.
