NKD! NKD - Schwarz Knives Enduro
This is from the drop last week. Scales are Rosedale Richlite.
I can usually take or leave crossbar locks, but his version of it is very cool. Makes for a strong detent.

Nice pick up, congrats!
(*I did hear their detent was strong for a crossbar lock, different kind of spring he uses, right?)

Correct, totally different spring style/system and the gauge of metal for the spring he uses is much thicker.

Ahh, that was it, much meatier guage spring than your typical omega spring

I only they other day heard of an example of a cross bar lock with a detent ball. Is this one of those?

No, I think only Neeves Knives makes the detent ball crossbar lock. But this one has an interesting spring setup. Uses very different springs compared to the regular omega springs of typical crossbar locks.

Congratulations on your new knife! Would you be so kind as to tell us what knife you've just got? (brand, model, etc...). This way people who are new to knives will be able to identify it. If you've already mentioned the name of the knife in question, then feel free to ignore this comment. Please remember that not knowing your knife's brand/model is totally fine, if that's the case then people in this subreddit would love to help you identify its brand/model.
