To me, she looks like a former cheerleader by the way she holds herself - there's definitely years of some kind of training in there. She has an athletic ability I can only dream of having.

That would track. She’s not only doing the workout, she’s ADDING extra flourishes. My jaw dropped and just kept dropping thru the whole video.

She’s also pointing her toes in the high kicks!

Literally I saw her figure before the video even started moving and I thought this girl is the base of that pyramid and she can throw a mean discus.

I was thinking the exact same thing. Her upper body positions make me think she used to be a cheerleader or on a serious dance team. Not to mention those high kicks!

Immediately thought cheerleader. Absolutely unreal stamina and strength.

This makes way more sense. Drill team or something because this is not normal 😅

Thats what I think too. Shes giving real cheerleader energy, which… is exhausting just to watch 😆

Yep. Other people are saying dancer but I was involved w/ballet for 15 years and at my best I couldn't do this. This is next level athleticism and cheerleading / gymnastics is the answer.

Definitely. You don’t kick that high while balancing on a block and maintaining control without some kind of experience.

She’s killing it.

She has absolutely done or is currently doing some level of D1 training or higher.

Absolutely and really sending it home to me how disabled i am.

Doing movements like this at a sustained speed would wreck me. Orthostatic Hypotension, POTs would jump right in and be like hey, your head is going to explode and you might just pass out because you can’t breathe right when you’re moving too fast either…(same thing happens when i try to dance)

I can exercise but jiminey cricket this is just eye opening?
