Maybe they will fight each other in your body and you’ll be fine?

Oh, like the flu lol. I thought you meant the vaccine and was like, that's pretty normal right

One daughter got it before silver week and all of us made it out safe. Our other daughter got it on Friday and hoping we can hold through again.

To be fair they're good at that one.

And yet it's almost one month until my vaccine appointment...

What. Just go to a local clinic. I made a reservation and got mine the same day.

I get mine through work which is easy but on their schedule.

My work one is next month as well. Didn't bother waiting. People in the office are already coming down with the flu. It's been flu season since last month this year.

Can’t you just book an appointment on your own for this coming week?

Not at the local hospital, which isn't starting vaccinations until mid-October.

I got A.... my fever went up to 40. Its been 1 week and I still haven't fully recovered. It's been awful

Hit the whole family just the last few days, unfortunately because of me 😅.

In all honestly though, it was unpleasant but not a terrible one (or maybe we just caught a bad cold and are mistaking it for the flu!)

I leave for Japan in 13 days, getting flu jab on Monfay

I should be there in about 16 days. Think there's any concern for me?

What do you mean, concern ?
You can decide to get the flu jab or not, I get it every year, it helps protect the vulnerable and lessens the chance of a ruined holiday, I get it today along with Covid

I hope my inlaws are being safe. They’re both in their late 80s now. This also reminds me that I need to get my flu shot today. I’m headed to Sapporo, from the US, next month.

I wonder if removing the alcohol sprays everywhere made it worse.

Like in every country, such a stupid move.

Yep, got A just in time to stay in bed for the entirety of silver week. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so ill.
