This summer it was mostly cucumbers, what would you grow in this NFT system for winter? What would you plant?

Summer is coming to an end, so I’m starting to think about the next round.

This summer was mostly cucumbers, which was pretty great when you could just pick one while hanging out by the pool šŸ˜…

The system is recirculating NFT with a 100-gallon reservoir. It gets direct sun for around 40% of the day. The reservoir has a float valve topping it up with city water at around 0.7 EC.

I’m using Growee to control pH and EC, and just a simple local Part A + Part B hydroponic nutrient.

Looking for ideas for winter crops that would work well in this setup.

I've had success with leafy greens. Kale, chard, spinach. Bok choi(spelling?) might be a candidate I've heard. Really just depends on the climate in your zone. I never had nft, used flood and drain tables full of expanded clay. Fwiw.
