DIY Garbage Disposal whining/squealing (Video) What to do?

Just looking at what to do with this noise... Bearing gone bad? Replacement is what I am guessing?

Throw a cup ice cubes with some dish soap,and run it. Flush it out with cold water. Sometimes the blades get pretty gunked up and end up noisy.
