Armor really needs an intimidation stat or something to influence NPC behavior

It's previously been established that random roaming bandits can have full Daedric armor, so people aren't used to someone actually powerful showing up in it

I have a feeling we might see that in GTA VI regarding clothing and armor, possibly, I don’t know, just an educated guess
