Discussion Does Garou: Mark of the Wolves have a better style than COTW & SF6?

It really is a pretty game. Nostalgic but the details and vividness of the stages and characters is unavoidable. Very eye catching. Could it be one of the best ever?

Help Would like to make a fanmade season pass for CoTW, does anyone have a template?
